Legal & General Over 50s Life Insurance Plans. Three plans so you can choose the plan that's right for you.-
1. The Fixed Plan – pays out a fixed benefit when you die with the certainty of fixed monthly premiums. Premiums start from just £5 and are guaranteed to never go up once your plan starts.

2. The Increasing Plan – watch your benefit grow when your premiums increase.
Premiums start from just £5 a month and will be reviewed each year.

3. The Funeral Plan – aims to cover the costs of a traditional cremation funeral (or a contribution towards the costs of a burial.) The benefit is paid by Legal & General directly to Dignity, who will arrange the funeral through their network of funeral directors. The benefit and premium will be reviewed each year in the same way as the increasing plan.
If you don't continue to pay the premiums the plan will end and you won't get anything back. For the Fixed Plan option, inflation will, over time, reduce the value of the cash sum paid out on your death. Depending on how long you live, you might pay in more than the cash sum paid out. The Plan has no cash-in value at any time. Apart from accidental death, if a claim is made in the first two years, only the premiums recieved will be paid.
